Szkolenie „Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® Exam Prep Course” porządkuje wiedzę na temat prowadzenia projektów w podejściu kaskadowym i zwinnym oraz zgłębia zagadnienia analizy biznesowej. Podczas szkolenia uczestnicy  przeprowadzają projekt przez wszystkie fazy życia projektu, zapoznają się ze słownictwem, terminologią oraz narzędziami odpowiednimi dla każdej z faz. Dodatkowo szkolenie przygotowuje do zdobycia prestiżowego certyfikatu CAPM®.

Certyfikat CAPM® jest potwierdzeniem posiadanej podstawowej wiedzy i umiejętności z obszaru zarządzania projektami. Potwierdza on również gotowość do poprowadzenia szerokiej gamy projekty. Posiadanie certyfikatu CAPM® otwiera drogę do rozpoczęcia kariery w zarządzaniu projektami.

The course is aligned with the PMI® certification requirements of the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® exam. The course includes 3 days of instructor-led training on PMI® certified materials, divided into 11 lessons, including an introductory lesson and a conclusion.
